My client's current and long-range objectives:
5-year plan is to grow to $100M per year. Current volume is $25M this year with a backlog for 2024 that exceeds the $25M. Supported by a strong estimating and business development team, specializing in Academic, Health Care/Life Science plus corporate projects. 90% of their projects are private negotiated work.
Plans to open up a second office in the Worcester area and are in negotiations to purchase a smaller contractor, by the end of the year.
Procore Software for operations and Sage for accounting.
As a Project Engineer, you will be working in the main office and floating to job sites, as a on needed basis.
Construction related degree, a must.
