Primary Focus:
The primary purpose of this position is to support a work environment where employees want to stay at the Foundation and contribute to the health and recovery of the patient population.
Employee engagement from this perspective speaks to a deeper sense of ownership that the employee has to the Foundation's mission.
The incumbent in this position sets the tone for both an effective initial 90 days of employment and long-term employment.
Through a variety of processes this position also supports leadership development, inclusive and cultural sensitivity among APT hires, as well as ongoing and effective succession planning.
Day to day supervision will be provided by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Cooperative working relationships with other HR staff necessary.
Required Education,
Experience:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in human relations, human resources, or similar degree; Minimum 3 years experience in an HR office focusing on employment relations and training.
SHRM certification is a plus; Bilingual Spanish preferred Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
