These three affiliates include:
Youth Continuum, Clifford Beers Community Care Center and Mid Fairfield Community Care Center.
Each of the affiliates maintains their original 501(3)(c) designations, have their own Boards of Directors and are led by an Executive Director, which reports to the CEO of CBCHP.

The Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day performance management guidance to assigned affiliates (e.
g.
, coaching, counseling, recruitment, disciplinary actions, benefits administration, payroll).
In addition, the HR Generalist will be responsible for various audit processes; grant reporting; and general support for various HR activities in coordination with the HR Team and the Vice President of Human Resources.
This role serves Clifford Beers Community Health Partners and assigned affiliate.
This role will report directly to the Director of Human resources.
Conducts/ attends weekly meetings with respective affiliate stakeholders Process Payroll for assinged affiliate Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in collaboration with HR leadership Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.
g.
,coaching, counseling, recruitment, disciplinary actions, benefits administration) Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Process job offers and send new hire offer packets sent out in a timely fashion Maintain open communication to managers on offer status, start date, and follow up where needed Various reporting:
EEO, grant requirements, etc.
Perform exit interviews for all departing staff Participate in workgroups related to trauma-informed anti-racist practices contribution to multiple committees Various projects as assigned by supervisor.
Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferred with 5
years of progressive HR experience Role Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment Travel:
This role may require travel throughout the Greater New Haven area as well as occasional travel to Norwalk.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
