Summary:
The consumer support specialist will reach out to previous callers to the crisis service and request their feedback by asking several questions on a survey.
At the end of the fiscal year, the specialist will compile the information from the surveys.
Accountable and responsible for the following results:
Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys via telephone.
Attend 2 crisis service staff meetings per year.
Assist with the preparation of SCCS materials.
Attend other SCCS leadership meetings to provide PIR feedback and inform the policy making process.
May perform other assignments and duties as assigned.

Strong organizational skills, personal experience as a person in recovery in the mental health system and a good understanding of the needs of those in recovery.
Experience in office setting.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization's auto insurance plan.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
