The Role:
The Administrative Assistant serves a very specific need in both the SAIL & Supported Living Programs at CHSC.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that include the preparation of annual reporting documents, staff PTO and coverage, schedules, and database oversight and maintenance.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and administrative experience preferred.
Experience and knowledge working with individuals with disabilities.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Utilizing TEAMUP, develop and maintain a detailed calendar of medical appointments & record follow-up care in SetWorks (SAIL).
Manage day-to-day staff callouts and subsequent coverage utilizing a shared calendar and disseminating notes & information to relevant staff.
Prepare annual review packets for all community members in SAIL & 1/3 the population in SLP (approx.
10/month).
This includes updating the narrative report, gathering consents and assessments, updating schedules, and sharing the information with all team members.
Uploading information and other tasks as needed.
Utilize Setworks to maintain all client files including but not limited to:
Scanning & uploading a variety of documents and reports, keeping files organized and up to date according to SAIL & SLP format, Archive files as needed.
This includes demographics, emergency info, insurance info, medical info, medical/doctors' orders, annual reviews/IP's, individual goals, progress notes, and attendance for New Hampshire SAIL resident on a weekly basis.
Oversee updates to Important Documents binders and Emergency Information Red Book located in the main, 2nd floor staff office (SAIL) and within the SLP department suite in the Rossman building.
Schedule conference space for meetings as needed; point of contact for families attending annual review meetings.
Maintain an inventory of SAIL & SLP (spare) keys.
Coordinate keys with Operations department.
Other assignments and/or special projects as directed by the Program Directors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
