Yale University is seeking an experienced Diversity Sourcing Specialist to plan, develop, coordinate and execute a range of creative, effective recruitment, sourcing and diversity talent acquisition strategies in order to recruit the best candidates for open positions at Yale University. This sourcing resource is responsible for identifying, engaging, screening and presenting top professional level talent, assisting with ad hoc, niche and difficult to fill positions, promoting Yale as an employer of choice to potential candidates.
This position requires a bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Also required:
Demonstrated utilization of labor market information, identifying trends and leveraging knowledge, data and competitive information to develop robust sourcing strategies, inclusive of diversity strategies, that are innovative for professional positions.
Demonstrated utilization of advanced searching techniques including Boolean, Google and social media to find high quality, underutilized talent pools. Ability to leverage internal and external networks, research, cold calling, referrals, internet searches and competitive intelligence.
Demonstrated knowledge and usage of Behavioral Interviewing/Targeted Selection techniques. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws pertaining to recruitment and selection.
Demonstrated proficiency with web based recruiting systems, internet tools, applicant tracking systems, direct sourcing methods and MS Office.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
