3rd Shift Supervisor: Facilities Customer Service Center

Yale University is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor for the third shift at the Facilities Customer Service Center. The Supervisor will supervise a team of 3 Control Room Specialists in monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining building systems and 4 Physical Plant trade staff in the maintenance and operations of University buildings. The Supervisor will work closely with the support center to ensure timely response to facility related concerns, and prioritize response to regular and emergency work request calls.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position also requires proven experience with energy management systems, and knowledge of physical plant management, including exposure to building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical. Strong supervisory skills are required. Knowledge of controls, automation programming and analysis is strongly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
