Job Description
Summary:To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensures that public areas in the hotel lobby, meeting facility, and 19th floor are serviced throughout the day.
Services, cleans, and stocks all men''s and ladies'' public restrooms.
Services, cleans, and stocks the Fitness Center.
Services, cleans, and stocks both men''s and ladies'' associate locker rooms.
Responds to guest requests.
Services offices throughout the hotel.
Job Requirements
Must have a sense of urgency.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift.
Ability to effectively & professionally communicate with guests, associates, and management.
At least 1 year of cleaning and/or maintenance experience is required.
Five-diamond presentation is required.
