The Senior Program Manager-Asia Programs, reporting to the Director of Asia Programs, is responsible for managing all assigned corporate education programs and in conjunction with the Director of Asia Programs and the Director of Program Operations, developing new program initiatives and planning events. Manages the curricular and operational aspects of assigned programs/clients and ensures quality control for all domestic and international programs. Focusing on the Asian client portfolio, develops innovations and corporate education program enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and program effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Works closely with department, school and University administrative staff and/or student workers to ensure smooth program delivery and efficient operation of the department. At the direction of the Director of Asia Programs, develops client proposals, budgets, and working with Director of Operations to outline program specifications for contract development. Develops strong working relationships with school, campus, community-based business partners, international stakeholders, Yale Center Beijing, and serves as corporate education liaison for the Yale School of Management (SOM) and University. Selects sites for off-campus programs and acts as lead negotiator on hotel contracts with the venue to host the conference or program, in conjunction with the Deputy Director. Develops competitive information on pricing, services and programs in the market, analyzes that information to improve the program's delivery of services. Serves as on-site troubleshooter for client programs and individual program participants and resource for other team members. Independently resolves operational issues. Serves as the operational point person for corporate education clients, with responsibility for managing all activities necessary to plan and deliver programs of the highest quality both domestically and internationally.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in hospitality or fields related to corporate education programs, and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Also required is clear, concise, effective communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
