Reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid, and as a core member of the professional admissions team, the Assistant Director of Admissions & Recruitment is involved in almost all aspects of the department's mission. Assistant Director plans and participates in the recruitment, selection and attraction of the highest quality student body for Yale Divinity School (YDS). The principal goal of YDS admissions integrates (i) expanding and advancing the awareness, recognition, and reputation of YDS; (ii) identifying and recruiting the most qualified prospective students to optimize the number, quality and diversity of applications; (iii) improving YDS student selectivity through the use of meticulous admissions standards of selection using counseling and marketing initiatives (iv) maximizing the enrollment yield of incoming YDS students who are of the highest quality possible. As a member of the leadership team, the Assistant Director leads the development and implementation of initiatives that fall within the Assistant Director's specific areas of responsibility. The Assistant Director must be enthusiastic about the Divinity School and fully conversant with its degree programs and multifaceted admissions requirements, policies, and procedures.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of experience in a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master of Divinity or MAR degree is highly preferred, along with experience in recruitment and admissions practices within graduate level admissions administration.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
