Yale School of Management is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) manages the established relationships of key on-campus recruiting firms (OCR). In addition the RM will help develop new relationships as directed by joint efforts with the Employer Engagement team. The RM is responsible for identifying emerging companies that may present growing interest to students and collaborate with the Employer engagement team to secure rapid contacts. The RM will have a good understanding of career paths pursued by fulltime MBA, executive MBA, and Master's in Advanced Management students and will advise students and alumni in their pursuit of job opportunities, offering guidance and insight on both immediate and long-term career planning. Maintain and strengthen existing employer relationships by engaging regular contacts and developing personal contacts at various levels. Coordinate and cultivate new corporate relationships to help generate job opportunities for Yale SOM students, both domestically and internationally in conjunction with the Employer Development team. Manage the interaction with current students and SOM professional clubs, alumni, and employers to help identify existing and emerging opportunities, promote Yale MBA talent to employers, and help train and guide students in their pursuit of careers in assigned sectors. There are two available positions that will develop and manage relationships differentiated by industry (such as Technology, CPG, Energy, Media/Entertainment, etc.). Become knowledgeable about SOM's past recruiting outcomes, including: frequency of internship and full-time hiring. Guide employers in developing and executing both on- and off-campus strategies for attracting Yale MBA talent. Conduct one-on-one advising of SOM students and alumni on effective career planning. Help manage second-year MBA career coaches, student mock interview teams, and the CDO's student advisory group representatives. Help organize corporate presentations, networking nights, job fairs, student treks, and other outreach activity, including alumni-oriented events. Collaborate closely with SOM professional clubs to create outreach and sponsorship strategies for relevant sectors, helping build capacity in these organizations and training students to effectively research, network, and interview for relevant job opportunities.
This position requires a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a related area. An Ivy League MBA and experience in business development, MBA recruiting, talent management, corporate relationship building, or line experience in careers typically held by Ivy-League MBA's (venture capital, consumer products, technology, media/entertainment, energy, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
