Research Assistant, Regulatory Affairs

Reporting into the Central Regulatory Unit of the Yale Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office, under the direction of the Regulatory Manager, this position provides regulatory affairs support with administrative maintenance and follow-up. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creation and maintenance of electronic regulatory binders, logging of safety reports, scanning and uploading regulatory documents as well as processing minor amendments.
As a NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, Yale has been at the forefront of understanding the fundamental mechanisms of cancer biology and in developing effective therapies for the treatment of cancer. Yale Cancer Center harnesses the resources of the Yale School of Medicine and Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven to advance cancer research, prevention, and patient care, as well as community outreach and education.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
